March is done and dusted, and what a month it was across the NGU Ipswich family.

Across our Ripley, Karalee, Ipswich Central, Rosewood, Greater Springfield and Booval offices combined, the numbers speak for themselves: 153 properties listed, 109 sales, and an impressive $110.53 million in total sales value. On the rental side, the team brought in 10 new managements and saw 14 properties rented.

That’s a serious amount of work getting done.

A special shoutout to our principal Steve Athanates, who had a standout month in his own right with 14 listings, 18 sales, and $16.7 million in sales value. Not bad at all, Steve.

The whole team showed up in March and delivered results their clients can be proud of. As we roll into April, the momentum is well and truly there.
