Just like that… we’re already more than halfway through the year.

While 2026 seems to be flying by, the NGU Ipswich team hasn’t slowed down for a second. June delivered another strong month across sales, property management, and client service, with the team continuing to deliver great outcomes for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants alike.

Across the office, we listed 109 properties, achieved 83 sales, and moved an impressive $97.66 million worth of real estate. Our property management team also welcomed 10 new managements and successfully rented 16 properties, continuing to provide reliable service for landlords and tenants across the region.

These results are the product of a team that shows up every day ready to do the work. From our sales consultants and property managers to our administration and support staff, every person plays an important role in delivering the level of service our clients have come to expect.

The Athanates team also had a standout month, recording 9 listings, 12 sales, and $26.624 million in property sold.

With the second half of the year now underway, the focus remains the same: work hard, deliver outstanding results, and help more people achieve their property goals. If June is anything to go by, there’s plenty more to come.
