Constructed in two phases, the kill floor was constructed in 1945* with the newer large cool room constructed in 2005* and extended eight* years ago. The whole main plant had $6.5* million dollars spent upgrading the electrics. The abattoir includes approx. 15,500m2 of the following:

– Packing Room
– Chillers
