Steve Athanates loves selling property and is still very much hands-on in assisting clients, despite his responsibility of being an NGU Real Estate business owner.

“I love selling real estate today as much as I did when I started 26 years ago,” he said.

“Not only do I sell Real Estate but I play a strong role in helping people.

“I get to solve problems and help clients transition from one house to the next.”

The business owner, licensed agent and auctioneer has lived in Ipswich for most of his life and opened his first real estate company in the city in 2005.

Steve has a host of industry awards to his name, which he regards as a reflection of the confidence his sellers have in his work.

“Over the years in real estate, I’ve been recognised as a top performer and I credit that to my commitment to my customers,” he said.

“They have given me such great loyalty and strong patronage.

“I’ve won those awards because people have trusted me with their largest assets, whether that’s the family home or an investment property.”

Steve’s mantra is simply to be the best he can be, which is in alignment with NGU Real Estate’s ethos.
